happyME Shopping Guarantee – Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy, simply return it to us within 30 days safely through a trackable shipping method along with a copy of your receipt and reason for returning. Upon receiving your unused merchandise*, we will issue a credit card refund for your purchase. If you wish to exchange unused merchandise*, we will happily do so and if it is an even exchange, we will simply charge you for the cost of re-shipping to you.

*Unused Merchandise means- unwashed, unworn and well cared for.



Shipping Details:
Free shipping, within the US, for all orders over $19.99! Do let us know if you would like us to gift-wrap your order, we will happily to do so at no extra charge. If you qualify – the shipping cost will be discounted at the bottom of the checkout page. We ship via USPS Priority Mail – this typically takes 2 to 3 days. The shipping fee will be calculated in the shopping cart when you have entered your shipping information. Once we ship, we will send you an email confirmation and the shipment tracking number. We make every effort to process orders promptly; you can generally expect to receive your order in 5 to 10 days depending on your location. If you want to order a gift in advance with a future ship date, just let us know and we’ll make every effort to accommodate your delivery needs.
